Top Gainers at market open
Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd shares surged up to 8% at market open. The company’s shares have fallen up to 6% since the beginning of the year and more than 40% in the past year. The stock is at a 73.2% decline from its 52-week high of ₹501.20 and 29.1% away from hitting its 52-week low of ₹224.05. Kotak Mahindra Bank shares rose over 3% at market open after the RBI, on Thursday, approved Anup Kumar Saha as the bank’s next MD & CEO. Saha will replace outgoing MD & CEO Ashok Vaswani from January 1, 2027, for a term of three years.
The company’s shares have fallen more than 3% since the beginning of the year while rising up to 4% in the past year. The stock is at a 5.8% decline from its 52-week high of ₹453.20. Bajaj Auto shares fell up to 8% at market open because of weaker domestic sales despite the company reporting total sales rising 5% YoY to 5.38 lakh units in September 2026, from 5.11 lakh units a year earlier.
IRCON International shares fell over 6% at market open. The stock had surged over 14% in Thursday’s trading session. The company’s shares have fallen more than 37% since the beginning of the year and more than 35% in the past year. The stock is 10.2% away from hitting its 52-week low of ₹101.60. Over 79 lakh shares of the company are being traded on the stock market today at 0.83 times the stock’s 10-day average.
Exports jumped 32% YoY to 2.44 lakh units from 1.85 lakh units, while domestic sales fell 9% to 2.94 lakh units from 3.25 lakh units.
