William H. Macy and Felicity Huffman’s Daughter Georgia Makes Rare Appearance at TIFF 2025

William H. Macy brought along the sweetest plus one.

For the premiere of his new movie Train Dreams at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival on Sept. 9, the Shameless actor was joined by none other than his and wife Felicity Huffman’s 23-year-old daughter Georgia Macy.

For the occasion, Georgia donned a champagne-colored slip dress, her blonde hair fashioned into a stylish bob. William was the proud father at her side, dressed in a black suit complete with a vest, his glasses tucked conveniently in his breast pocket.

The 75-year-old—who tied the knot with Felicity in 1997—is also dad to 25-year-old Sophia Macy with the Desperate Housewives star, who is already following in her parents’ footsteps having appeared in season two of The Twilight Zone in 2020.

On his eldest turning her sights towards acting, William told E! News in Feb. 2024, “I love this business. I figured if I can do it, anyone can do it.”

At the time, the Fargo actor also shared insight into how Felicity—who was at the center of the 2019 college admissions scandal—was faring as she ventured back into the spotlight.

“She’s doing great,” he gushed. “She’s in London doing a play and I’m going to go see her. It’s been too long.”

Earlier that month, Felicity gave one of her first interviews since the scandal—which saw her serve 11 days in prison, pay a $30,000 fine and complete 250 hours of community service—first came to light five years earlier.

“As long as my kids are well and my husband is well, I feel like I’m well,” the 62-year-old told The Guardian at the time. “I’m grateful to be here. But how am I? I guess I’m still processing.”

And as she navigated her return to work, Felicity was just grateful to have the support of her family.

“I did a pilot for ABC recently that didn’t get picked up,” she said. “It’s been hard. Sort of like your old life died and you died with it. I’m lucky enough to have a family and love and means, so I had a place to land.”
