THE SUMMER IS sadly over, but we’re still getting shredded into the fall. If you’re already plotting your next bulk, even better. The good news: Amazon’s October Prime Day event, Big Deal Days, is finally live, and we’re already seeing tons of sales on fitness gear, tech, and equipment.
If you’re looking to lighten the load and focus on cardio, high-rep sets, and recovery, increasing your home gym splits might be the way to go. Now’s as good a time as any—we’re looking at over 40 percent off weight benches, foldable treadmills, adjustable dumbbells, and more. In the market for some new summer digs? Save up to nearly 50 percent on editor-tested gym apparel and shoes for a limited time. Fitness trackers, smartwatches, and smart scales are up to 60 percent off, too.

We rounded up some of our favorite Prime Day deals below, and you have ample time to get that six-pack ready in prime condition for your last couple of beach trips. If not, there’s always next year. But you’d better get started now.
Best Home Gym Deals
There are definitely a few genuine steals here. One of our favorite budget adjustable benches, the Flybird Adjustable Weight Bench, is 20 percent off when you add it to your cart. FED Fitness (which makes Flybird equipment) offers some of the best wallet-friendly home gym equipment on the market. I use its adjustable Olympic Weight Bench, and I swear it’s better than the commercial one from my gym, and it was less than $300.This bench pairs well with the budget-friendly Bowflex Results Series 552 SelectTech Dumbbells, which are now nearly 20 percent off. That’s as good a deal as I’ve ever seen on them, and probably the best deal you’ll find on commercial-quality adjustable dumbbells all year.
The beginner-friendly Yosuda Rowing Machine is 30 percent off and now under $200. If you need to save even more space, the NordicTrack T5 Treadmill is a “healthy” 25 percent off; we’ll take that any day of the week. Especially from a premium brand like NordicTrack, which brings iFit training programs and connectivity. If you want a very solid EZ-Curl bar and weight set, bundle and save 15 percent from one of our favorite home gym brands, RitFit.
Best Fitness Tech Deals
Now’s a good time to upgrade your fitness tracker. If you’re looking for something a little more rugged (and with more battery life) than your standard Apple Watch, there are plenty of Garmin deals we love, including nearly half off the Garmin epix Pro. My favorite over-the-ear headphones, the Bose QuietComfort, are now over 30 percent off for the first time in a while. If you’re looking to upgrade your recovery, the Renpho Active Theracool 2 is another budget-friendly buy, and the extra 19 percent off definitely helps.
There are also some serious deals on the biggest names in recovery that we highly recommend you take advantage of, like Hyperice, Normatec, and Therabody.
Workout Gear Deals
We’re seeing almost half-off top-tested shoes and apparel, including already budget-friendly apparel and some of our favorite Brooks shoes. Take up to 40 percent off a couple of editor-tested models, the Glycerin 22 and the ultra-comfy Ghost Max 3. The already budget-friendly Under Armour Tech 2.0 is under $20—run to this deal.
If you have trouble finding well-fitting T-shirts both in and out of the gym, True Classic is my go-to. They accentuate your upper body and provide a more flattering, relaxed fit in the midsection. Right now, you can take almost half off a six-pack of them. Champion also makes surprisingly great workout apparel, and its classic mesh shorts are 25 percent off and just $22. They’re a certified classic, and feel much more expensive than they are.
