I’m a huge reader, so I’ve read a lot of Victorian literature (aka Vic Lit). And even though I’ve absorbed a lot of the era’s fiction, I realized I embarrassingly had noooo idea about the actual history. Like, I couldn’t even tell you why it was called the Victorian era. So I did what any respectable modern woman would do. I went down a Victorian rabbit hole…on YouTube. And in the depths of my learning, I thought, why not see if the internet knows more than I do?
So, here we are. I’ve turned my 2 a.m. historical deep dive into a 23-question quiz designed to separate the real history buffs from the wannabes like me. Think you know enough about the Victorian era to make your history teacher proud? Time to find out…
