BETHESDA, Maryland—Stayntouch announced a new integration with Staklio. Stayntouch PMS now directly integrates with Staklio, giving condo hotels, mixed-ownership resorts, and management companies an automated way to share bookings, revenue, and settlements with unit owners.
Staklio helps hotels and management companies manage relationships with the private investors who own individual units in their rental pools, providing access to a branded owner portal where unit owners can view bookings, revenue, and settlements for their own units at any time.
Integration Details
By connecting Stayntouch with Staklio, hotels and management companies can now support the unique needs of condo rental pools without adding another disconnected system or changing how their hotel teams manage the PMS. Reservation data flows automatically from Stayntouch into Staklio, giving operators a purpose-built way to support individually owned units managed by the hotel operator while keeping Stayntouch at the center of hotel operations. From there, operators can:
- Automate settlements: Generate monthly settlements with commissions, cleaning fees, and expenses applied automatically, moving through a clear draft, approved, sent, and paid workflow.
- Share live performance data: Give owners dashboards showing gross revenue, deductions, net payout, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR for their units.
- Simplify owner stays: Let owners request their own stays through the portal, with night limits or credit budgets set per unit.
- Keep the brand consistent: Present the portal under the property’s own logo and colors, so owners see that brand throughout.
