“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice’s daughter, Milania, was arrested for domestic violence, Page Six can confirm.
The 20-year-old college student was charged with one count of simple assault on May 14, Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano said in a press release obtained by Page Six.
Court records show that officers detained Milania after the incident occurred around 6:12 p.m. local time.
Milania was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, but no plea was entered. The US Sun was the first to report the news.
A rep for the Giudice family and Bravo weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
Teresa, 54, shares Milania — along with daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, and Audriana, 16 — with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice.
The exes were married from 1999 to 2020 before the Bravo star tied the knot with her second husband, Luis Ruelas, in 2022.
Milania has remained active on social media since her arrest, even sharing a TikTok the day of the alleged incident.
In a video set to an audio calling her “a young, beautiful diva,” she modeled sweatpants and a letterman’s jacket.
After a brief absence, she returned to social media to wish her mom a happy birthday.
“happy birthday to my favorite person in the world!!!!” she wrote via Instagram on May 18, alongside photos with the Bravo star. “YOU ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MOMMY🩷🩷.”
Additionally, the University of Tampa student attended her sophomore year formal on May 26 before wrapping up the school year earlier this year.
Milania has remained care-free, as she’s also been spending her days enjoying a tropical vacation in an undisclosed location.
“never coming back🌴,” she captioned sultry bikini snaps.
Milania has had previous encounters with the law, including a car crash in May 2024. At the time, she damaged her Mercedes-Benz convertible after colliding with another car.
According to TMZ, both parties argued about who was at fault, but officers sided with Milania, stating that the crash occurred because of the other driver’s “inattention and failing to yield to the right of way.”
