BUCKHEAD, Atlanta—OTO Development, part of The Johnson Group, announced that it has assumed management of the 166-room AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza. The addition expands OTO Development’s national portfolio to 57 hotels and marks its 11th AC Hotel by Marriott.
