Candidates who appeared for the CA Inter September session between September 4 and September 15, 2026, can now download their scorecard and check the merit list at the official result page of ICAI.
The ICAI also released the CA Inter Pass Percentage for September 2026 and the All India Rank.
You can check the ICAI CA Intermediate September 2026 result online through the official ICAI Result Portal or ICAI Exam Results.
Step-by-step guide to check and download scorecard online:
• Go to the official website at caresults.icai.org.
• Click on the link for the CA Intermediate September 2026 Examination Result.
• Enter your Registration Number and Roll Number.
• Type the displayed CAPTCHA code (if prompted) and click Submit.
• View your scorecard, check your qualifying status, and download/print a copy for future reference
CA Inter Result 2026 on Email/SMS
Candidates can also register to receive their ICAI CA Inter result 2026 via email by submitting an online request. To obtain CA Intermediate result 2026 via SMS, candidates must type the message ‘CAIPCNEW’ with the six-digit CA Intermediate registration number and send it to 58888.
How to Check CA Intermediate Merit List Sep 2026?
- Go to the ICAI Intermediate results official website – icai.org, icai.nic.in or icaiexam.icai.org
- Click on the link for ‘CA Intermediate merit list’ and select ‘Intermediate examination’
- Enter the roll number/registration number of CA Intermediate exam and enter the captcha code.
- Click on the submit button
- CA Intermediate Merit List 2026 will be displayed on the screen

CA Intermediate Result 2026 – Verification of Marks
Candidate dissatisfied with their CA Intermediate Sep 2026 results can request verification of their marks. The verification window for CA Inter Sep 2026 result will be notified by ICAI on its official website.
What to check before sending answer sheet for verification:
- Checking if the answer book compilation is complete
- Verifying if any answer or a part of it remains unvalued
- Checking if there is any totalling error
- Looking for any discrepancy between the marks mentioned against each question and the marks indicated for the question on the cover page
- Checking if the handwriting of the candidate is the same across all the answer books
According to reports, candidates can submit an application to verify their answer sheets either online or offline. They will have to pay Rs. 100 for the verification of each paper. The application can be submitted online once the ICAI portal opens.

- Login with user ID and password.
- Select the “verification of answer sheets” option.
- Upload a scanned handwritten application for the verification of CA Intermediate answer books.
- Select the papers that require verification.
- Pay the application fees online.
