Agg-Pro (Aggregate Processing and Recycling Ltd) is adding recycling and environmental machinery to its product offering with the British dealership for Arjes Impaktor GmbH.
The Arjes Impaktor portfolio comprises five machines for processing wood waste, green waste and stumps, stone and concrete, demolition materials, municipal and industrial waste streams, waste tyres and scrap metal. An further two models are in development.
Founder Norbert Hammel developed the first twin-shaft, slow-speed shredder in 1989. Over a 37-year career, he is credited with a number of innovations including the conception, development and production of the Impaktor 250 and Impaktor 350 models.
Agg-Pro managing director Steve Peterson said: “We are already a well-established brand in the aggregates sector through our McCloskey International, Jonsson and GIPO ranges. This partnership strengthens our position within the recycling and environmental sectors, alongside McCloskey Environmental and Terracon.”
The new dealership comes 18 months after Agg-Pro was taken over by SMT, the Volvo construction equipment distributor.
