Hamish Brown says on GB News that criminals must be dealt with the full penalty for their actions after new regulations called on judges to consider their backgrounds before dishing out damaging rulings.

The former Specialist Crime Directionate from New Scotland Yard said the idea is ‘quite ridiculous’.
