The Hertfordshire-based firm increased its annual revenue by 63% on the last financial year driven by higher average project values and stronger client retention.
The firm specialises in fit out and refurbishment projects up to £10m that improve the sustainability and functionality of properties across the industrial, logistics, office and specialist sectors.
Pexhurst also benefited from broadening its workload outside of the Home Counties and London through project wins across the South West and Midlands.
Martin Vella, managing director at Pexhurst, said: “Increasing our annual turnover and cash reserves is certainly a positive sign considering the instability and volatility seen elsewhere within the construction sector, but we remain driven by ensuring that every single project we undertake has successful outcomes.
” We don’t focus on hitting specific turnover targets each year; we aim to ensure that the legacy we create allows us to positively shape the sectors that we support.
“Whether it’s improving energy efficiency to reduce operating costs, or working with local charitable organisations to achieve tangible social impact, our team understands that a project delivered by Pexhurst is not complete until every stakeholder is satisfied.
