‘Mouth-watering!’ Aldi launches New Year’s Eve bites and beverages starting from £1.99 and shoppers can snap them up now
Aldi is welcoming 2025 with an extensive range of New Year’s treats, with prices starting from just £1.99.
The supermarket has unveiled a selection of “mouth-watering” party foods and premium tipples, all available in stores now. The bites and beverages have been described as “must-haves”.
The new range combines traditional party favourites with unique twists, offering shoppers affordable options for their New Year’s Eve celebrations.
From savoury party bites to award-winning sparkling wines, the collection aims to help hosts create impressive spreads without breaking the bank.
Among the standout new offerings is Aldi’s Specially Selected Breaded Chicken Doughnuts priced at £2.99, featuring chicken in batter with waffle sprinkles and BBQ sauce.
The supermarket’s Korean Chicken Sliders (£3.99) combine crispy chicken with gochujang sauce in mini sesame seed-topped buns, also available in a Peri-Peri variety.
Party hosts can serve up Chicken Tikka Samosas (£3.99), comprised of cooked chicken and vegetables encased in a flaky pastry, accompanied by a sweet mango dip.
The new range also includes Chicken Katsu Spring Rolls at £3.99, featuring chicken and vegetables in curry sauce, complete with a katsu dipping sauce.
Aldi’s Specially Selected Sweet Spicy Arrabbiata Arancini Bites (£2.99) offer a blend of tomato, risotto rice and cheese with a melting cheddar centre.
The supermarket’s Specially Selected Mini Wellingtons (£2.99) feature tender beef fillets wrapped in buttery puff pastry with mushroom duxelles.
Shoppers can also choose from Specially Selected Mini Pies (£3.79) in Steak and Ale or Chicken, Bacon and Leek flavours.
The Specially Selected Posh Prawn Toast (£3.99) rounds out the premium range, combining prawns with sweet red peppers on sesame-topped bread, served with a Ponzu dip.
As for tasty tipples this New Year’s Eve, those seeking celebratory fizz can sip on Aldi’s Crémant de Loire, which has been reduced from £8.99 to £4.99, offering a 44 per cent saving from December 27 until December 31. However, a two-bottle limit applies to the promotion.
The supermarket’s award-winning Crémant du Jura, which earned Gold at this year’s Drinks Business Sparkling Masters, is available for £8.19, down from £10.99.

The multi-award-winning Veuve Monsigny Champagne Brut is priced at £14.99, featuring notes of lemon, flowers and nuts.
Aldi’s Veuve Monsigny Champagne Premier Cru (£21.99) also comes highly acclaimed, described by the supermarket as “the ultimate crowd-pleaser for New Year’s gatherings”.
In other Aldi news, the supermarket recently unveiled a huge new range hitting shelves this month.
As Veganuary 2025 approaches, Aldi’s expanded Plant Menu collection will hit stores on December 30.
