Madonna threw it back to her “Like a Virgin” era in a new Dolce & Gabbana ad campaign, dressed in bridal lingerie.
Taking a small stage in Milan, Italy, Madge sings “La Bambola” by Patty Pravo while wearing lace-up hot pants, fishnet tights, a white corset and a sweeping veil with matching lace gloves.
The musical icon also shared a series of Instagram photos from the shoot’s set, along with the caption, “Una Notte D’amore” — which translates to “a night of love.”
A diamond cross necklace, white fur coat and patent leather pumps finished off her bridal attire.
“Wonderful !! You look beautiful & happy ❤️,” commented Debi Mazar, while Rosie O’Donnell added, “beauty.”
“She made it through the wilderness… to Milan! ❤️,” said a fan.
Madonna attended Dolce & Gabbana’s runway show in Milan last week, and earlier this year, she starred in a steamy fragrance campaign for the Italian fashion house.
Her love of lingerie is no secret; in recent months, she’s styled a black lace bodysuit with a leopard-print Charlotte Simone coat, posed for a family Christmas shoot wearing multiple boudoir-ready styles and channeled her Blond Ambition Tour aesthetic in laced-up pink satin.
Time will tell if the Queen of Pop will revive any of her other past iconic looks.
