Jet2 adds flights from major British airports to Greek and Turkish hotspots for summer 2025

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have announced an expansion of their summer 2025 programmes, adding extra flights to popular destinations in Greece and Turkey from three UK airports.

The airline is increasing capacity from Glasgow, Manchester and Newcastle International airports, with additional services to Antalya, Kos, Rhodes and Crete (Heraklion) between May and September.

The move comes as part of the company’s largest-ever summer programme, with multiple new weekly flights being added to meet growing customer demand.

Glasgow Airport will see additional Monday services to Antalya operating between May 26 and July 14.

The expanded schedule will bring the total number of weekly flights to Antalya from Glasgow to seven services.

Manchester Airport will see a significant boost in services, with up to 18 weekly flights to Antalya.

The expansion includes up to eight weekly flights to Kos, enhanced by an extra Tuesday service running between July 8 and September 23.

Rhodes will also benefit from increased connectivity, with up to 11 flights per week following the introduction of a new Friday service operating between July 18 and August 29.

Newcastle International Airport will see its Antalya service increase to up to nine flights per week, with an additional Thursday service running between July 24 and August 28.

The airport will also benefit from enhanced connections to Crete, with an extra Sunday flight to Heraklion operating between July 20 and October 19.

The new Crete service will bring the total number of weekly flights to Heraklion up to four.

CEO of Jet2 Steve Heapy said: “Feedback from customers and independent travel agents is telling us that flights and holidays to Greece and Turkey are very much in demand for summer 2025.

“As the UK’s largest tour operator, we are continuing to react quickly to the demand we are seeing by adding on even more capacity, meaning this year we will operate our biggest ever summer programme.”

The addition comes as the airline announced eight new routes to Greece alongside three new destinations for summer 2025.

The new routes will fly from Bournemouth, Bristol and London Luton Airport.
