The posh place — which is several blocks from the Mandarin Oriental hotel on Columbus Circle — has some seriously swank amenities.

The building has a rooftop pool with cabanas and lounge serviced by Boulud, a sommelier who will come to your apartment, a spa, a fitness center by Technogym and a salon and yoga studio.

It also offers treatment rooms where residents can get services from celebrity facialist Ivan Pol of The Beauty Sandwich.
