Asda launches a limited time dine-in offer available from this week – feeding two for less than £12
Asda is launching its Valentine’s Day Dine In deal next week, offering couples a three-course meal with wine for just £11.97.
The offer, which begins on February 6, allows customers to save up to £12.86 compared to buying items separately.
The deal has been Taste Approved by the Good Housekeeping Institute and works out at under £6 per person for a romantic dinner at home.
The timing aligns with current trends, as research shows 57 per cent of Britons are now choosing to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a low-key celebration at home.
The deal includes 47 products for customers to mix and match, with six new additions to the range.
Diners can select one starter, one main, two sides, one dessert and one drink from the extensive menu.
The offerings come from Asda’s Bistro range, promising restaurant-inspired dishes at supermarket prices.
Last year’s deal proved popular with customers, who took to social media praising it as “brilliant value” and a “bargain,” with some noting it was “worth it just for the wine!”
New additions to the menu include a Bistro Prawn Cocktail featuring king prawns in a Cognac-infused cocktail sauce with Italian lemon juice.
The main course selection introduces a 30-day aged Sirloin with Smoked Garlic & Pink Peppercorn Heart Butter Pellet, sourced exclusively from the UK and Ireland.
Vegan diners can enjoy Bistro Breaded No-Brie Hearts as a starter, followed by new Bistro Mushroom Stroganoff Pies.
Side dishes include the Good Housekeeping Institute Taste Approved Bistro Cauliflower Cheese, featuring a blend of mozzarella, Barber’s vintage cheddar, Emmental and Pecorino cheese.
A new Bistro Braised Red Cabbage, made with a vegan recipe, is also available.

The drinks selection includes La Moneda Merlot Red Wine, Mariana Bay Sauvignon Blanc White Wine and Casaluis Cava Brut.
For those preferring alcohol-free options, the Good Housekeeping Institute Taste Approved Kylie Minogue Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé Wine is available, alongside Bottlegreen Presse.
The Valentine’s Day Dine In deal will run from February 6 to February 16 in Asda stores nationwide.
