Andy Cohen has finally acknowledged Wendy Osefo‘s recent arrest on Watch What Happens Live.

The Real Housewives of Potomac star and her husband, Eddie Osefo, were arrested and booked on fraud charges on Oct. 9. Per TMZ, prosecutors claim the couple staged a burglary last April, telling law enforcement and insurance companies that many designer handbags, jewelry pieces, and luxury items were stolen from their home. However, Wendy was allegedly spotted wearing one of those “missing” diamond rings after the fact, and a further investigation revealed that many of the items they claimed were stolen had allegedly been returned for full refunds before they reported the burglary.

While Cohen did not mention Wendy’s legal drama when her co-star Ashley Darby appeared on WWHL a couple of days later—likely because the episode was taped before the arrest—he did ask Keiarna Stewart for her thoughts on the “elephant in the room” when she stopped by the Bravo Clubhouse for this Sunday night’s (Oct. 19) episode.

“I was shocked and, to be honest, I was a little bit disappointed,” Stewart said. “I didn’t expect that. It was just shocking. All I have to say is thoughts and prayers for Wendy at this time because it’s sad.”

Cohen, for his part, previously addressed Wendy’s arrest on the Oct. 13 episode of his Radio Andy show Andy Cohen Live. “I’m really sad about this. I’m a Wendy fan and she has been a great Housewife and a great role model,” Cohen said, per E! News. He praised Wendy for promoting “education and her solid family values,” noting, “I’m really thinking about her and her family.”

Wendy spoke out for the first time Sunday night with a message for her supporters.

“And through it all, GOD remains faithful,” she captioned her latest Instagram post. “Thank you for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers for myself and most importantly my family during this time. We are forever grateful.”

Following news of their arrest, Wendy and Eddie’s team released a statement to Decider, saying, “Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband, Edward Osefo, are back home safely with their family and in good spirits. They are grateful for the outpouring of concern and support from friends, fans, and colleagues. The Osefos, alongside their legal team, look forward to their day in court. At this time, they respectfully ask for privacy as they focus on their family and the legal process ahead.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
