Amy Schumer and Chris Fischer are officially divorced.

The estranged couple settled their divorce at the New York Supreme Court, Page Six can confirm.

The case status was listed as disposed, though it is unclear what date it was officially finalized, as divorce cases are sealed in New York.

Page Six exclusively reported on Sept. 25 that the comedian and Fischer were nearing the end of their divorce proceedings after they submitted a proposed divorce judgment to the court.

They had also submitted orders concerning support for their 7-year-old son, Gene.

The “I Feel Pretty” actress, 45, filed for divorce from the chef, 46, in January after seven years of marriage.

Schumer — who secretly married Fischer in 2018 and welcomed their son in 2019 — filed documents to end the union a month after confirming on social media that she and Fischer had separated.

“Blah blah blah Chris and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage after 7 years,” she captioned a lengthy December 2025 Instagram post. “We love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son.”

She added, “We would appreciate people respecting our privacy at this time.”

The “Trainwreck” star also shut down speculation that their split had anything to do with her weight loss journey.

“Blah blah blah not because I dropped some lbs and thought I could bag a basket and not because he’s a hot Janlmes beard award winning chef who can still pull some hot tail. Amicable and all love and respect! Family forever,” she wrote in a follow-up post.

Their breakup came after years of speculation that they were no longer together.

In 2021, Fischer fanned the flames when he gifted Schumer a 40th birthday cake that said, “I’m leaving you. This was the only way I could think to do it.”

Schumer also addressed the chatter shortly before confirming their split.

She wrote on Instagram in early December, “Whatever ends up happening with me and Chris has nothing to do with weight loss or autism.”

Sources claimed at the time of their separation that their split was “a long time coming.”

“With those career goals and her being a mother, she didn’t focus much on her marriage to make that succeed,” a source told Daily Mail at the time.

The source claimed, “She’s realized you can’t have everything and the thing that suffered most was her marriage. Now she is trying to figure it all out one day at a time.”

She was allegedly “equal amounts [of] happy and sad” about the end of their relationship.
