Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked US President Donald Trump for extending warm Diwali greetings on the occasion of Diwali. “Thank you, President Trump, for your phone call and warm Diwali greetings,” he said in a post on X on Wednesday as India and the US continue trade talks.
PM Modi added, “On this festival of lights, may our two great democracies continue to illuminate the world with hope and stand united against terrorism in all its forms.”
