Pray to the temple of PlayStation

Sony’s revealed its remarkable ChinaJoy 2025 booth, alongside the full list of playable games it’ll have on display.
The booth itself is inspired by classic Chinese temples, with hanging lanterns and traditional architecture. A moon looms overhead bearing the PlayStation symbol. It really is striking stuff.
The trailer below, as uploaded by Gematsu, is a rendered version, but we expect it to be representative of the final space attendees will be able to explore:
In terms of software, the platform holder will be focusing on locally developed games.
Here’s the full list of titles it’ll have on display:
- Black Myth: Wukong
- EXILEDGE
- Lost Soul Aside
- Phantom Blade Zero
- Retrace the Light
- Tang Legends: Silent Strings
- Unending Dawn
- Vanishing Starlight
- Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
ChinaJoy 2025 will run from 1st August through 4th August in Shanghai, and is expected to attract a greater attendance than last year’s event, which topped 360,000 visitors.
PlayStation sees the Chinese market as a massive growth vector, and we’ve certainly seen in recent years how titles like Black Myth: Wukong have absolutely exploded on PC and PS5. It’s a good strategy, and one that will continue with Lost Soul Aside next month.
