Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis both agree on Jake Paul’s best hope against Mike Tyson
The highly anticipated boxing match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson is set to take place on 15 November at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The bout, which has sparked controversy due to the 31-year age gap between the fighters, will be broadcast live on Netflix.
Paul, 27, will face off against the 58-year-old boxing legend Tyson in a clash that has divided opinion within the sport.
The full undercard for the event has recently been announced, featuring three world title fights.
Boxing icons Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis have weighed in with their predictions, adding further intrigue to the already contentious matchup.
The undercard for the Paul-Tyson event boasts an impressive lineup.
The co-main event features Katie Taylor rematching Amanda Serrano for the undisputed lightweight women’s championship. Mario Barrios will defend his WBC welterweight title against Abel Ramos.
A third world title fight has been added, with Shadasia Green facing Melinda Watpool for the vacant WBO super middleweight crown.
The preliminary card includes an undefeated lightweight bout between Lucas Bahdi and Corey Marksman.

Additionally, Bruce Carrington Jr will take on Australian Dana Coolwell in an eight-round featherweight contest.
This stacked undercard ensures a night of high-stakes boxing action leading up to the main event.
Former heavyweight champions Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis have both predicted a victory for Mike Tyson. Lewis told Fox 29, “Mike Tyson’s gonna win. He’s not that old. Don’t take him too softly.”

Holyfield echoed this sentiment, telling Fight Hub TV, “If he stays close to Mike then his chance of winning is going to be great, but if he tries to stay back from Mike he’s going to get caught.”
Both boxing legends emphasised Tyson’s power and experience. Lewis warned, “If they get close and Mike comes with his ten-second combination, if one of those punches catches [Paul] he’s definitely gonna go down.”
Holyfield added, “Mike is like a snake. He’ll pop out on you. He gets there too quick.”
Jake Paul has revealed his strategy for the fight, telling The Hollywood Reporter he plans to “box on the outside” and use his footwork to make Tyson chase him.
This approach contradicts Holyfield’s advice, who suggests Paul’s key to victory is forcing Tyson onto his heels.
Tyson, known for his aggressive style, is expected to try and force Paul against the ropes.
The age difference could play a crucial role, with Lewis noting it “will be a little bit of a determining factor if the fight goes on too long”.

Paul’s girlfriend, speedskater Jutta Leerdam, acknowledged the threat Tyson poses, saying, “Mike Tyson could give one punch that is harder than Mike has ever thrown — and it will be lights out for Jake.”
Former heavyweight champion Larry Holmes warned Paul, “If this guy tries to trade punches with Mike, he loses.”
