Thomas Tuchel’s appointment as the new manager of the England football team has been branded a “dark day” for the club by broadcaster Mike Parry.
The German ex-Chelsea and Bayern Munich manager has signed an 18-month contract with England, taking him to the end of the 2026 World Cup.
