Marks & Spencer rolls out 11 new warming desserts with nod to childhood classics – full list
Marks & Spencer has unveiled a tantalising array of 11 new hot desserts for autumn, with their Caramelised Sticky Buns taking social media by storm.
The new collection, designed to warm up chilly evenings, features exclusive creations crafted by M&S’s in-house bakers and dessert specialists.
From indulgent movie night treats to elevenses and Sunday feast showstoppers, these piping hot desserts promise to satisfy every sweet tooth, the retailer stated.
The desserts have a nostalgic feel and give a nod to childhood favourites such as Jam Roly Poly, Apple Crumble and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
M&S highlighted their top five. Caramelised Biscuit Sticky Buns, priced at £5.25 for 305g, feature soft buns filled with spiced cinnamon paste and topped with caramel sauce and crunchy biscuit pieces.
Mini Yum Yums, at £5 for 215g, offer glazed pastries with cinnamon sugar and a salted caramel dipping sauce.
The Mixed Berry Crumble, £5 for 500g, combines a fruity compote with buttery crumble. Chocolate Cookie Dough, £6 for 490g, boasts milk and dark chocolate chunks.
Lastly, the Collection Melt in the Middle Pudding, £10 for 680g, serves six with its Belgian chocolate sauce centre.
The Caramelised Sticky Buns have become a viral sensation, with Britons on social media rushing to stores to showcase the new range.
Customers have been sharing creative serving suggestions, including using the dessert as a base for a sweet “pizza” topped with hazelnut creme and fresh strawberries.
These desserts are now available in M&S stores nationwide. Each has been crafted to provide a comforting and indulgent experience as the autumn season sets in, offering customers a variety of flavours and textures to suit different preferences.
This comes as the retailer delighted fans with the announcement of a “fab” new advent calendar for 2024.
