‘Very dangerous!’ Meghan Markle’s Netflix show had ‘hidden message’ to Royal Family
Royal biographer Angela Levin has criticised Meghan Markle for insisting on being called “Sussex” in her new Netflix show.
Meghan Markle’s new Netflix lifestyle show “With Love, Meghan” has been met with harsh criticism since its release on 4th March.
The programme features the Duchess sharing cooking and home tips with viewers.
Critics have been quick to mock her efforts, with Piers Morgan reportedly labelling it a “vanity project”.
Levin told GB News: “Very complicated. I think it’s extraordinary that someone should have this arrangement of all these cooking things.
“And then a friend comes in and you give her a whacking telling off because she calls you Meghan Markle.

“Instead, she said that her name is no longer that she’s got a proper name that she’s had for a long time.
“She should have talked to her like that. I mean, it sort of knocks you for six because she’s trying to be nice and invite people to enjoy themselves, and she whacks them.
“The feeling, general feeling is that she’s doing that to say to the royal family that you try and take away my titles and you’ll be in trouble, because otherwise, what on earth could she be doing? She made countless mistakes.
“I won’t say what it was made of, but it was actually dangerous. And because she didn’t measure it properly, it could burn your body.”
The show’s release was delayed due to devastating wildfires that ravaged Los Angeles in California.
The fire reportedly encroached on the Duchess and her family, forcing production to halt temporarily.
Despite the criticism, Netflix has described the show in positive terms.
The streaming platform said: “Meghan blends practical how-tos and candid conversation with friends, new and old.”
“Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection, and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected.”
Reports suggest a second series is planned, though it may feature previously recorded content rather than entirely new material.
