British boxing legend ready to come out of retirement for Mike Tyson fight – ‘Let’s have it!’
British boxing legend Lennox Lewis has revealed he wants a rematch with Mike Tyson as the veteran prepares to face Jake Paul.
Tyson has been working hard in the gym as he prepares to come out of retirement, having last fought Roy Jones Jr in 2020.
Lewis previously beat Tyson 22 years ago, with the 59-year-old winning via knockout in the eighth round.
And the Briton, speaking to TMZ, has now admitted he’s keen to face the veteran for a second time.
“C’mon baby! Let’s have it,” he said when asked about a potential rematch.
It isn’t the first time the pair have been rumoured to do battle once again. Back in 2021, Tyson said they were going to fight in September of that year.
Nothing really came of it, however, and Tyson’s sights are set firmly on Paul for the time being.
It will be intriguing to see how the 58-year-old performs against his 27-year-old rival, especially due to the huge age gap between the two men.

Paul is a divisive figure in the sport but, with 10 victories from 11 bouts, can’t be taken lightly.
Tyson struggled at times during his exhibition with Jones Jr back in 2020, with that showdown ending in a draw.
Yet he’s leaving no stone unturned in his pursuit of victory, with the boxing icon working extremely hard in the gym in order to boost his chances of winning the clash.
Meanwhile, Paul’s manager recently addressed some of the controversy surrounding their fight.

Nakisa Bidarian believes Tyson can achieve ‘redemption’ if he beats Paul due to the way he struggled against Jones Jr in 2020.
And he also thinks he’ll boost his legacy if he comes out on top.
“For Mike Tyson, this is his opportunity for redemption,” he told the Hollywood Reporter.
“People remember his last fight with [Roy] Jones, sitting on a stool and not getting back up.

“Imagine, for all those people who want to see Jake Paul get knocked out, if Mike Tyson at 58 comes back and knocks out Jake Paul, he’ll be revered for the rest of his days.
“He put an end to this YouTuber’s reign.”
Bidarian also thinks Paul will get more opportunities in the sport if he beats Tyson.
“Now, if Jake does knock out Mike Tyson, sure, there will be a lot of people who are mad,” he added.
“But there’s also going to be a lot more opportunities for him in the world of boxing.”
How the fight pans out remains to be seen, with the contest set to take place on November 15 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
