American Airlines CEO reflects on ‘difficult day’ after deadly flight collision in Washington DC

American Airlines CEO Robert Isom has spoken out on a “difficult day” for the company after one of its planes collided with a helicopter over Washington DC.

The mid-air crash took place with 67 on board both vehicles.

No survivors are expected.
