Rwanda bill blow: Vote to be delayed on bill as Sunak’s ‘stop the boats’ plan threatened

MPs are not expecting a vote on the Rwanda Bill next week.

Instead Tory MPs have been told to expect the vote before the end of this month.

Political editor of GBNews Chris Hope said: “I’ve been told on barrier authority the vote in the Commons will not happen next week. It will most likely be at the end of this month.

“Any delay getting through the House of Commons, where the government does have a democratically elected majority, threatens the timing.”
