Peter Andre says the world should ‘leave Princess Kate alone’ after photo scandal
Peter Andre has leapt to the defence of the Princess of Wales.
The singer said the world should leave Kate alone as online speculation continues to grow regarding her whereabouts.
Speaking GB News Peter, said: “I’m really confused here with Kate. Everyone talking about where is she, and what is she doing – why can’t we just leave her alone? What if it’s a mental health issue or a long-ongoing physical thing she doesn’t want to talk about or has never spoken about?
“Aren’t we just pushing someone who might be in a vulnerable position, pushing them to the end of their tether? I just wished we left her alone. She’s so loved and clearly, there is something going on that she doesn’t want people to know about.
“You get these conspiracy theorists who say it wasn’t her – who edited the Mother’s Day photo – we don’t know, we only know what we see. But there is something special about her, and let her talk when she is ready.”
Peter’s comments come after the Princess of Wales took responsibility and apologised for editing a Mother’s Day photograph. The photograph was then recalled by multiple agencies over fears it had been digitally “manipulated.”
Kate said she was sorry for the “confusion” caused by the edited photograph saying that she does “occasionally experiment with editing.”
Following the apology, there were calls for the original unedited photograph to be released, however, that has yet to happen.
