New Orleans truck horror suspect identified after 10 killed in ‘evil’ New Year’s attack

The suspect behind New Orleans’ horrific New Year’s truck attack has been preliminary identified as Shamsud Din Jabbar.

Din Jabbar, 42, is accused of intentionally plowing a pickup truck into New Year’s revellers at about 3.15 am (local time) on Bourbon Street.

A total of 10 people were killed and 35 were left injured after the driver rammed the vehicle into the crowd in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
