Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch has been praised for taking a stand against Labour’s “impossible” net zero targets, as Tory Peer Lord Craig Mackinlay branded them “nonsense”.
In a significant shift from the party’s previous position, Badenoch launched a policy renewal programme that directly challenged the current Government’s approach to climate change.
