Jet2 announces new routes from UK airports to 5 brand-new destinations including Greece and Italy
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have announced five brand-new destinations that can be reached from several different airports across the UK, including Manchester Airport and London Stansted.
The airline has revealed three new Greek destinations for the upcoming summer, introducing the islands of Poros, Aegina and Leros to customers.
The islands of Poros and Aegina can be reached by flights to Athens Airport from Manchester, Birmingham and London Stansted, with ferries or private transfers to the location.
Leros is accessible by ferry and shuttle transfer from Kos Airport, with Jet2 flights heading there from nine airports across the UK. These are: Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, Manchester, Newcastle International and London Stansted.
For winter travellers, the company has developed its winter programme and is launching flights to Tallinn, Estonia, specifically for Christmas Market breaks in Winter 2025/26.
Jet2CityBreaks will operate two weekly flights to Tallinn from Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh Airport.
The journey to Estonia’s capital takes holidaymakers to its medieval Old Town, featuring wooden stalls with handcrafted gifts and local treats.
The expansion comes as a direct response to strong customer demand for Greek holidays and European Christmas Market experiences.
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have also added Palermo in Sicily to its arsenal of destinations in Italy, as it marks Jet2’s 10th Italian airport destination, with services beginning in summer 2026.
Manchester will offer twice-weekly flights on Tuesdays and Fridays, while Birmingham will offer weekly Wednesday services and Newcastle International weekly Tuesday services respectively.
