EasyJet announces six new routes from UK airports to destinations across Europe starting next spring – just in time for summer

EasyJet has unveiled six new routes from four UK airports for summer 2025, expanding its presence across Britain.

The budget airline’s growth includes the addition of a new A320 aircraft to be based at Bristol Airport.

The expansion comes after what the carrier described as a record summer performance. The new routes will connect various UK cities with popular European destinations, offering more travel options for Britons.

From Manchester and Edinburgh, passengers will be able to fly to Milan Linate with services operating up to seven days a week throughout the year.

The announcement marks a significant expansion of easyJet’s UK operations, with the new connections spanning from Scotland to the South West of England.

Flights between Manchester, Edinburgh and Milan Linate will start earlier than the rest, launching on March 30, 2025.

The Birmingham to Bordeaux route will commence on May 1, with Gibraltar flights following on June 1, 2025.

Bristol’s new Spanish connection to Almeria will begin on June 24, 2025.

Two days later, on June 26, the new summer route to Palermo will take off from Bristol.
