ASK Italian has today launched its brand-new spring menu across all 66 restaurants nationwide.

The refreshed offering brings fresh flavours, reimagined classics and trending desserts to the popular chain.

It also caters perfectly for long-overdue catch-ups and date nights as the warmer weather approaches.

The new menu aims to whisk customers away to Italy with its selection of Italian-inspired dishes.

The menu’s standout dish is the Pesto Stracciatella Tagliatelle, ASK Italian’s new signature pasta offering. This features frilly tagliatelle in a velvety pesto sauce with green beans.

It’s topped with stracciatella cheese – the creamy part found inside Burrata – and finished with a sprinkle of toasted pine nuts.

The restaurant chain’s elevated take on classic Italian-inspired dishes extends beyond just pizza and pasta.

The new spring menu is packed with seasonal flavours alongside timeless fan favourites. ASK Italian promises the refreshed selection will “impress all diners” with its quality and variety.

For dessert lovers obsessing over pistachio, the new White Chocolate & Pistachio Tart is set to be a highlight.

This creation features a crisp buttery biscuit base topped with caramelised pistachio and white chocolate ganache.
