Costa Coffee announces shake up to menu with return of popular drink – set to hit stores this week
Costa Coffee has announced the return of its popular Iced Whipped Lattes to stores nationwide from Thursday, March 6, 2025.
In a move that will delight fans, the beverages will now be available year-round rather than as a seasonal offering.
The drinks, which first launched in summer 2023, grew in popularity among coffee lovers across the UK.
Costa Coffee confirmed the permanent addition to its core iced coffee classics menu, meaning customers can enjoy the indulgent beverages regardless of the season.
The Iced Whipped Lattes will be available in two flavours – white chocolate and caramel.
The beverages proved to be Costa Coffee’s most popular limited-edition drink during summer 2024.
Head of beverage innovation at Costa Coffee David Crabtree said: “The response to our Iced Whipped Latte range has been incredible. Customers have embraced our twist on an Iced Latte, and we’ve loved seeing many TikTok videos of people enjoying it.
“For the first time ever, it’s back earlier than ever and joining our menu of core iced coffee classics. Whether it’s the middle of winter or the height of summer, you can now get your Iced Whipped Latte fix whenever you like.”
The high street retailer announced the return of its ice lattes on social media.
